I notice a considerable difference between the Ultra II cards and the
Extreme III in my K20D. I also find the 8 gig Extreme IIIs to be quite
a bit faster than the 8 gig Transcend 150X. This is most apparent when
I shoot virtual tours. I do three consecutive bracketed exposures,
frequently at shutter speeds of 2 or 3 seconds. The delay before the
camera "wakes up" for the next shot varies greatly with these three
cards. So I try to use an Extreme III all the time now.

If you are refering to SanDisk I would say that the level following
Ultra II is Extreme III
