Boris -

I had just the opposite reaction to the first two - I like the starkness of the first. The second just didn't make it for me - the silhouettes of the trees and particularly the frame structure on the left center draw my attention away from the distant fog, which, to me, should be the focus of the pix. Could you have included just the tree silhouettes and shown more of the distant foggy hills as well without including the frame structure?

The flowers are lovely - but the rock in the lower left draws my attention away from them.

Boris,
Like Luiz, the first photo doesn't do much for me either.
The second is interesting, the bench, the tree, and the field behind it.
It brings me into the place.
And the spring flowers are always good, my favorite!
Keep your camera and lens out of that sandy fog...

Glad to read that, Boris. Hope the subjects keep coming.

Make mine Cliff View (very good), and the flowers are very interesting too.
The first didn't get my attention. Can't say why - just didn't connect. My
personal taste to flowers is very thin slices of focus, too.

Hi!

Amazingly enough I seem to be able to find a subject at least once a week.
Let's hope it will stay that way.

As usual, please be brutal and honest.

Technically:

Lens: SMCP A 50/1.2
Landscapes: f/5.6
Flowers: f/2.0.

No modifications except usual
straightening/curve/contrast/brightness/clarity adjustment in LR.
