I'm no longer living in Seattle proper, and no longer have the opportunity to see dozens and dozens of out of work or out of housing folks plying their trade at the most populated intersections.

But I would suggest that those of you who do, take pictures, lots of them, of everyone you see. You may be able to see a pattern in who's there and what their signs say, and uncover some sort of scam.

On the other hand, you will be documenting a slice of life in the USA during this trying time as more and more people are cast into the streets.

Either way, it's going to be a collection worthy of your time, and worthy of a portfolio of gallery show.
