The men and women I know there are hard working people, in an impossible challenge to help the needed. Those men and women often work so hard in that hospital they collapse the moment they arrive home, until the next fight. They were not nearby. They would not let the news photographer offend the creature behind the desk. Not out of respect for the creature, but because that creature is beyond help, same as the little fellow. There are ones we can still help.
