Hi-
I went to Scott Sigler's book reading last week. Took the little
K100D and
it's kit lens.

There were several top notch podcasters in attendance, and I
captured a few
of them in this album.
A good time was had by all, and the drinks afterwards were tasty.
Comments and criticisms welcome.
Being culturally illiterate I have no idea who Scott Sigler is, but
he's obviously hip and cutting edge.
;-)
Whoever he is and whatever he had to say, he obviously engaged his
audience and you captured the event ~very~ well! Wonderful B&W
conversions.
I enjoyed looking at these.
cheers,
frank
Thanks!
High praise from you!
I miss pushing Tri-X...
Light Room does a nice job with B&W images.
Focusing was tough with the slowish kit lens, that was the biggest
problem.
Sigler is a Sci-Fi/ Horror author. He was having a really tough time
getting a book deal. When podcasting came around, he thought he
might as well make it into a something like a radio drama, and give
it away. Great writing, voice acting and self marketing did the
trick. Now he has a couple of books in print, an agent and publisher.
Wander over to http://www.scottsigler.com/ Click on the audio book
tab, if you dare...
Cheers,
Mike
