A straight 15min exposure would show almost no detail in the foreground whatsoever. The only ambient light source is the stars so filters aren't needed. Simple light painting for the foreground then waiting for the trail exposure to finish. The light source was my 2 cell LED Maglight & my friends 3 cell LED Maglight.
