In Italy: www.nicam.it >From what I can see is the cheapest place in the country BUT: no english version, no credit card (only COD or Bank draft). They claim to be serious thus surviving without credit card support, I never bought anything from them, though.
Germany: www.wfv.de I did buy from them, they have an english on-line catalog and the prices are fair to good. Had good service, too. UK: forget it. France: wouldn't know as I don't speak french.
