Meta-notes (nothing about the images): In the section of links below the images, it's hard to know just where to click. On most of the lines the only hot spot is the word "here", but on "See here for Submission information" the word "here" isn't a link - only "Submission information". Consistency would be good. Some visual indication of just what words are actually links would be even better.
