I avoid going in bars most of the time, so I guess I've never allowed
myself to find one clean, jovial, decent brews, and patrons not
obnoxious. Sorta the same way I feel about being around "in your face"
agressive dogs with blase owners who mention, from 20 yards away, "get
down" as their dog knocks my lens shade off and streaks my pants with
muddy paws.
But you Brits make the pubs look very inviting and friendly, as I'm
sure they are. Your photo, Rick, is a fine example!
No aggresive dogs in sight...
