Pure nitromethane is very difficult to obtain and as far as I know, it's available only in 55-gallon drums.It's a good solvent for ink, but I doubt that it will dissolve cyanoacrylate. Model airplane fuel is only 10 to 30% nitro and would be even less effective.I've never encountered a plastic that dissolved in acetone, although I suppose that some might. In any case, Bob has already removed the CA. Problem solved.
