I'd be happy to participate, but I don't think the idea is
logistically practical.
A page of signatures scanned and printed with the book? ... uh, no. At
a workshop last year, I scanned my signature and used it as a
identifying watermark on the workprints I brought along. I cannot tell
you the absolute horror this evoked in the people teaching the
workshop. Scanned signatures are out, period. I will not do that again.
Much more viable logistically would be folio sets: loose, modest sized
original prints of the photos in the book, produced by the
photographers to a standard size and initialed. Each photographer
produces one print (or two, or three, depending upon how many copies
of the folio sets are desired) and mails it to a single person to
include it in the set. I don't recall how many photos are in the book,
but it seems to me it was around 100 prints. That's five or six 20-
print folio sets: "PDML Annual Folio - Vol 1, Vol 2, ... ". That
would, in time, become a valuable collectible.
