Maybe, maybe not.

Several times i have gone out and noticed a sticker from Canada Post,
that they attempted to deliver a parcel, a camera part of some
sort:-), and stated I was not home, and go pick it up.
I was inside, liek you, at home, and heard nar a knock or whistle.

Works both sides of the border i'm afraid.
