it's a really dismal website. I'd like to watch Cotty's video, I really would, so this evening I finally gave in and enabled cookies - I use Google Chrome - but it still wouldn't play the video. Something about a function being disabled. I can play videos on the BBC site without any difficulty at all, so why is ITV being so bloody-minded and turning visitors away? Are there people analysing their web stats and looking at the number of people who click out straight after getting one of their stupid messages? In this day and age why is a supposedly serious company in the communications business being so f^cking dumb?
