Nothing has been modified.
Between camera and lens in this case there is a Panasonic DMW-MA1
adapter (FourThirds to micro43), then an Olympus EC14 (1.4x
teleconverter), and then a Fotodiox.com Pentax-K to FourThirds adapter.
It makes for a reasonably small and dense 70mm f/2 lens, which on
FourThirds format makes for a fast medium telephoto FoV.
