One thing that I really liked a lot better about the D40 over my K100
is that it has RGB histograms and mine doesn't.
I wasn't aware the K100 didn't have that capability.
I guess with the K100, I'd delibrately underexpose some to prevent the
blowout in these situations & recover it in the RAW conversion.
