Ann, I'm afraid that you just poked one of my big linguistic peeves.
Do the lenses smell like toothpaste? If so, they are minty.
Are they in perfect condition, like a coin that has just been released
from the mint? If so, they are "mint", or in "mint condition".
My linguistic peeves are "full frame" and "APS-C" in reference to
sensor size.
If my lenses smell like toothpaste, I'll put them in the sun for a
bit. :-)
