It gets a good review on Photozone, but I've already got the 16-50 and I'm sticking with it for now, besides I'm potless!

Tried it, left it at the store. It's sharp enough and contrasty enough, but it has way too much barrel distortion for me. It would be OK as long as you never have anything in the picture that needs to be a straight line, or you have a god defish program.
