Merry Christmas from Portland, Oregon. The city didn't break the record by having 34 straight days of rain. Yesterday, Sunday, the sun shone in cloudless blue sky. It was a strange sight after all the days of gray. Mt. Hood was dressed in new blankets of snow over on the eastern horizon. You could also photograph Mt. St. Helens because it, too, was visible up north in Washington state.
