That's a wonderful gallery, Bharath, thanks for showing it. It brings
back memories of the pair of times I have been to Varanasi and
Pashupatinath.

I shot this in Varanasi and Omkareshwar - these are two of the most
holiest places in Hinduism and both have major temples dedicated to the
God Shiva. I am not the least bit religious, but was curious to find out
why so many millions (and often extremely poor) travel thousands of
miles to see these places. Pictures were shot over 7 days, enduring
atrocious North Indian weather, one mugging and a half broken camera!
