I like it. I don't think it's tilted. Some wags on this list will tell you that's because ~I'm~ a bit tilted, but seriously, to me what may look like "tilt" of the smokestack looks to me like a perspective thing. If you "straightened" it, I think the wall would look all wrong. I like the colours (lovely blue sky) and the spare, simple composition. I don't think you need a re-do.
