Larry, I've opted for OptiBrite for my K10D's screen. Since it's the
only KE screen that I ever used, I cannot compare it with anything else.
Metering is not exactly reliable, but frankly, it wasn't reliable before
I installed the screen. Manual focusing (notably with A 50/1.2) is a
breeze though.

I got a katzeye screen for my K100 and loved it.
Last weekend tyring to focus under low light with the stock screen in
my K20 was a challenge. The camera had trouble locking on, and I
couldn't see well enough with the matte screen to focus manually.
The optibrite coating is rather expensive, but if it makes a big
difference in low light situations, it could be worthwhile.
