3rd... Building's first flow covered
with (another store had closed )_ plywood, layers of bills posted, then
someone painted over with glossy paint...
"help" was part of "helping people" - I don't know what the real story
is beind the graffiti -
If we have a "primary colors" PUG I could put this in :-)
