Friends of Erin, and us, recently bought a 30 acre farm in Durham, about 20 minutes from here. I used that as an excuse to go for a spring photo drive today.
I have stopped at this place before, but all was in the winter. It has been offered for free, but taker needs to move the building. So far no takers. If the owner would move it back 100' it can be saved.
