For a third party lens which doesn't worth much, I doubt any dealer would be 
willing to spend the extra to get it cleaned. You could either take the 
chance and clean it yourself, or let it go. Of course, you can always find 
someone to clean it for you, but then the lens wouldn't be $75 anymore.
