Hi Thibouille, While shopping for a small P&S with WA lens, I came across the Canon Powershot SD880. This camera starts at 28mm, has 3-inch screen w/out OVF, has image stabilization, and costs approx USD250. Small, pocketable form factor of the SD line made it attractive for me, but I bought the G10 instead. I'm not sure what Canon service is available in Europe.
