Emmanuel, Since I live in the UK at the moment I run into that problem often. My advise is: if you are interested in bidding, contact the seller before you start bidding, explain to him/her you will pick up the import duties and extra shipping cost, tell them how easy it is to ship to Europe, and offer him Paypal or something alike so it's no hassle for him/her to get paid. In all cases I got a reply that I could bid, although the auction page said 'will ship to USA only'. Just try it, you have nothing to lose. Just hit the 'ask seller a question' button next to his/her name on the auction page.
