Some of you may remember my older daughters work over the years. I have posted a few of their images from time to time. My second daughter is in her first year of college. For this past Christmas she received my old *istD along with a couple of lenses (her favorite being an A 35-105/3.5). While out at college she has started to really do some shooting. I present on gallery that she did on a weekend with a roommate of hers. I'm quite proud of her because she has figured out most of this on her own. To me, she is showing some real artistic flair - but of course, I am prejudice. Anyway, for those who would like to take a look and comment: http://www.flickr.com/photos/34470...@n03/sets/72157612796672546/show/
There are some really interesting ideas in this set, Bruce. It's exciting to see a young person begin to train their eye. I'd say about a third of these, with some rendering polish, are right there already. Certainly a few of them beg for more exploratory and development shooting.
Great stuff. Encourage her to keep going! Godfrey -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
