Long-term posters here will probably remember my story of when I almost missed my footing climbing to a photographer's tower. While I did avoid falling several feet, and I didn't actually drop anything, my 250-600 swung around and rather neatly knocked my MZ-S off the back of the lens (well, most of it - it did leave part of the lens mount still attached to the lens). Fortunately the 250-600 itself came through unscathed. Motorsports photography can be tough on equipment. My A* 300/2.8 has been knocked off the pitside wall a couple of times, and the 80-200 definitely shows signs of hard use over the years. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
