Hmmm, not  totally sure it is, actually. Might be, but it's a marshy area for 
ducks and a  lot of the water, while muddy, looks pretty good. I THINK it 
might be that it's  a combo of fresh and salt water, making the scum. I've 
noticed it when I've been  there before. And sometimes it's been near dry. 
We've had 
enough rain now so it  isn't. But there probably is some pollution, yes.
