Very fine shot, Dave.  While I'd prefer a short telephoto angle of view to
limit any anatomical distortions, I can't argue with this composition. 

Using a hair light on a moving target would be opening a can of worms,
there'd be too much chance of light spill where it's not wanted.  But dark
subjects on dark backgrounds need rim lighting or they don't separate from
the background.  In this case a narrow, overheight white reflector on the
shadow side, preferably having one or two small lights dedicated to it,
would help to give a subtle rim light with minimal fall-off.  I see you've
used some kind of rim lighting on the dancer's raised foot, unfortunately
it's fallen off to almost nothing by the time it reaches her body, where
it's also needed.
