Chris,

I don't think one wants to look unsure or shy in a headshot, and that is how 
she comes across to me in most of the outdoor set.  2955 is the best of this 
set, I think; 2991 has a "don't mess with me" air about it that might or might 
not be useful.

The indoor set has a lot more good shots, though from your description of "the 
formula" you'll have to crop the shoulders on a number of them.  Knowing 
nothing of her personality, I can't say which shot reflects it the best.
