Thanks Bob. Believe it or not, I was using a borrowed entry level camera
that seriously restricted creative freedom. I can do a lot better than that.

The subject of photographers intrigues me. To follow them around and see
what makes them tick, to get inside their heads, to try and convey their
thought processes and aspirations is something that I would like to try
and grapple with in a documentary, or series of docs. I think it would
make interesting viewing.

I know it's al been done before, but this new aspect of a worldwide
community gathering in forums such as email lists and chat rooms where
pics can be shown around like prints at the camera club adds a new
dimension - and producing a book from remote points of the globe without
actually getting the bottom off the seat - again, pretty fascinating. I
think it would appeal to a wider viewing public, certainly with
international appeal.

That's the basic gist of what I have in mind. I'm working on it but
these things taking ridiculous amounts of time. If I had a spare 30
grand in the bank I'd take 6 months off and get going on it now...
