I, too, am in similar mode. If we get an anouncement with a reasonable date, I'll wait. If it's a vague 'plans are still in the pipeline' I'm afraid that's it! A Canon D30 would suit my needs well. I'll hang onto one Pentax combo for film portraits (LX + drive + battery + 85A*, and maybe the Tok 28-70), but everything else will go, including MX and other lenses. I'll be sad, but at the end of the day, the equipment is a means to an end... (Heretic!)
