I can't help thinking "You have a fleet of rusting ships over there, and you've photographed the road sign - why?". The sign dominates both pictures, and the ships would be unnoticeable if you hadn't pointed them out. They must be what interests you, otherwise your email would be about the road sign, not the ships, so I have to say, I don't understand why you have taken these pictures. You need to get close to the ships, they are fascinating and could make a superb photo essay, somewhat along the lines of Salgado's famous essay about the ship scrapyards in the Bay of Bengal. Bob ========= I might, someday, although actually they are very hard to get close to. Very hard. No permitted access. They are in the straights much, much further away than they may look. And, no, I am not interested in the ships that much. I am more interested in the trains and tracks. I just liked the juxtaposition of duck marsh, train track, and ships -- and sign -- three tracks. I was just chatting. Too much testosterone contentiousness on list lately -- I find it unpleasant. So I just wanted to help lighten things up by some idle chatter. Like all the bike talk. Marnie aka Doe ;-) Still interested in which someone may like best. --------------------------------------------- Warning: I am now filtering my email, so you may be censored. **************Worried about job security?
