No, Tate Modern is housed in what used to be Bankside Power Station - a completely different power station several miles downstream, directly opposite St Paul's. Battersea Power Station is almost opposite the original Tate Gallery, now called Tate Modern, which is on Chelsea Embankment / Millbank.
