The larger version of this shot looks like it has a printing screen over it. Is this a small portion of an image cropped? Or is it over- sharpened? Let me know when you get to familiar machinery and monitor.

The exposure looks ok to me, but darker would be ok as well. Choice is yours.

Good job, John. My screen shows it a little lighter than I would personally choose. A little darker might set more light/dark definition. (?)
