Saw a thread on the doom and gloom forum the other day, about a price increase on the 50-135.
They claimed a new price of $1700 plus or minus. So, i just checked out Henrys, our big chain store , and sure as shit, the price has gone from $999 to $1799 Canadian. I was thinking of getting the 50-150 if it dropped a bit more, but for this new price, i don't think so. Save another grand and i can have a D700. No brainer for me.
