G'day Larry

That's a good collection and the DA40 has done well.  The time of day
has helped as well - that afternoon light has a rich, warm glow that's
very appealing for these detail shots.

I really like 3421, 3425, 3426, 3461 (that tuft of grass is a bonus),
3477 (great abstract!).  I can't really offer suggestions for
improvement other than to try different DoF for the same composition. 
For example, I like 3486 but I might find it more appealing with greater
DoF.
