That's a great story, and a great defence tactic, with some wonderful quotes: "With my daughter at the airport I was startled by a paparazzo, who I quite understandably mistook for a zombie" and "Woody Harrelson has a history of anger management issues with people". To prove that Woody Harrelson is guilty the photographer has to prove that he is not, in fact, a zombie. Which could be quite difficult. Either that or accept his undead status and find a statute by which it's illegal to assault those who have died and come back again. Which seems most appropriate for Easter.
