It's been around for awhile. I have an Islamic friend in Dearborn, MI
who says it's authentic. (Detroit has the largest Arab population of
any metro area in the U.S.). If it's a fraud, it's extremely well done.
But why would anyone be surprised to find that Islamic extremists are
promoting this kind of hate. My Islamic friend isn't surprised. It's
stuff like this that caused him to leave Lebanon.
I don't want to get into politics here, but I find it interesting how
quickly some forget the lesson of 9/11. Enough said.

How do you know
1. the subtitles are an accurate representation of what he's saying
2. he's advocating that somebody do it, rather than stating terrible
facts
3. he's not an actor in some crude propaganda video distributed by
anti-Islamic fearmongers?
Maybe he's just someone's Grandfather reading the story of
Goldilocks and
the Three Bears to a group of school children.
Don't take stuff at face value.
