The K300/4 worked very well on film, I've not tried it on digital, it's a big
lens to hand hold and has no tripod collar.

Regards,

John

Subject: k 300mm f4

Hey Folks,

I just noticed a K 300/F4 lens in excellent condition in a local store. My
wife does bird photography and this lens might be a nice lens to bridge the
200mm and 500 mm lenses I have that she uses.

Yes, it is very manual, etc., but does $350 seem to be a reasonable price
for this lens? Any comments on its performance? We'd be using this on our
digital camera bodies.

This is the lens:

Cheers
