None of them actually. If it does need a "catch phrase", it  shouldn't be 
so limiting.

WW tag was pretty good,  actually -- Ontario: We are More Than Toronto.

How about something like  -- Ontario: The Rural Parts (Areas, Bits, Images, 
etc.) or Ontario: Rural  Country. 
Focus on Rural Ontario is the best, I think, of those presented so  far. Or 
maybe just -- Ontairo Country.
