definitely not any place I would go at night lol!
It is a few blocks from somewhere I go about once a month. This is very
much one of my sign shots ... shooting it
at night would make the key sign stand out more (I worried it might not
"read" clearly because it is kinda hard for me
to see the "checks" part. ) I agree totally with your back of car -
couldn't see it when I took the shot. In fact,
I'd like to take it with better light ....
It is in New Jersey, about a block from where there is an entrance to
one of the tunnels going into NY... there
is a Target store - cheap stuff - near by and a thrift store I visit....
Your points are both well taken... for me it was the "corporate" checks
cashed that got me... I don't remember
that being there before the current financial meltdown...
It is also not a place I would hang out long enough to wait for the
right combination of other ingredients visually to
emerge... I tried it in BW but the important sign stood out more in
color...
anyway-- I'm chatty because I just woke up from a nap -- I may well
shoot it again but I can't go there just for that.
