Do you have enough room on your other pages (weddings, fine art, etc) to
make the thumbnails the same size as the ones on the Essay page? It's
kind of disconcerting to see the ones on your index page then bounce to
the tiny thumbs on the subsequent pages. (IMHO)
My preference is to eliminate the fade from one image to the next. If
I'm coming to your site to hire you as a photographer, I want to see
images; I don't want to sit through almost 20 seconds of transition to
see them.
