Well, giving things names is meant in order to make communication easier. So that if everyone is calling something A and certain, may be even small, group of people is calling it B, it is asking for miscommunication.

But world knew worse occurrences.

I respectfully disagree, Boris.

People need to label things for understanding and identification.

We ALWAYS need to know what to call something.

It seems cumbersome to call it, "You know, that virus they are finding most often in Mexico in recent days."
