Cool. Bookmarked. I'll give them a try.
But none of them looks like it will answer my current question.
I'm working on a photo right now, trying to get an effect by using lab
color with just the "lightness" and "b" channels. It desaturates
everything but the blue.
There appears no way to save this as a jpeg though. If I switch back to
multi-channel, the effect goes away.
