I've always been a bit appalled by the price of grids, especially big ones. Recently, I bought a 24" beauty dish and wanted a grid for it but was unable to find one in that large a size. After digging around for a while I found Saxon Computers http://www.saxonpc.com/ And bought a piece of honeycomb material from them that will do exactly what I want. I'd recommend them as a source for grids, whether you are building your own or just want to replace a grid that has become damaged through use.
