I didn't know that the holes would grow back in. In that case, it's no big deal.

Nose piercings don't bother me a bit.  My two eldest daughters did it
(I think to piss of their mother - and it worked!).  My eldest stopped
wearing it, and the hole grew back in and it can hardly be noticed.

I have much stronger feelings about tattoos and other piercings -
noses are pretty tame these days...
