Thanks. The "self portrait" was from my very first roll in a Pentax. I had just purchased the Spotmatic, and loaded it with firm. I took a few shots from the aircraft -- nothing special. on the way home, I decided to finish the roll. I adjusted the rear view mirror and the camera so I could see the front of the lens in the camera. I figured that if I could see the lens, and it looked like it was pointing directly at me, then the camera should see my reflection in the mirror. As you can see, it isn't very well centered, probably because the camera was tilted just a bit too high. In any event, I liked the result, and decided to leave the empty space at the top of the frame, rather than cropping most of it out, since it seemed to give a "feel" of being in the cockpit and of the large clear canopy overhead.
