I wrote to SRB (http://www.srbfilm.co.uk), lens conversion specialists in England. This was their reponse:
It may be possible to convert your lenses to PK fitting. Basically, this would involve fitting a modified PK/M42 adaptor to each lens, and machining the bayonet release cut out on the rear of the lens mount. As you suggest, no diaphragm coupling will be possible, and the lenses should all have the A/M switch. If you let me know how many lenses are involved, and exactly what they are, I will be able to let you have a price. >From you e-mail, it would appear you are not in the UK. Please check on the shipping costs at your end, as this may be expensive. Also, you need to check on the paperwork for 'temporary export' , as you might be charged import duty on their return. f you have not already found it, see our on-line catalogue and price list on our website www.srbfilm.co.uk.
